She has in excess of 20 years’ experience as a professional, manager, executive, leader and entrepreneur in investment and trade promotion, investment banking and development finance. Nkuli has a Bachelor of Social Science (BSocSci) from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and a Masters in Development Finance (MDevFin) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB).

Nkuli is a graduate of the Bank SETA Stern University/GIBS Executive Development Program in Investment Banking. She is a fellow of the African Leadership Initiative (ALI), a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society as well as current and retired board member of several companies in the Non-Profit, Metals Beneficiation and ICT sectors.
